my play as a metalsmith

On the weekend I was lucky enough to be a student in a two day workshop taught by Keith Lo Bue. He is great metalsmith and is very generous with his ideas and inspiration, I learned so many little things that have given me new ideas to use in my own creations. We also had Keith's lovely daughter Mira in class and I was the recipiant of a pair of hand made earrings by the clever girl.
The pics you see here are my play with steel in the workshop

fabulous pieces Linda, I really enjoyed my two day class with Keith too, I also won the lovely pair of earrings that Mira had made, thank you for visiting my blog and yes that was my new piece I wore at Keith's classes. Hopefully I will see you again at another class or the place in Richmond you talked about. cheers Phillipa.
