Cry me a river

The last couple of days have been quite emotional for me, I had a crazy stalker, found out a couple of people I considered friends were not friends, had problems with people thinking they knew everything and decided to bash me verbally and my son lied to me...now this is all sorted and the trouble makers are gone from my life...the son...well he's walking a thin line needless to say!...Anyhoo all this emotion led to this creation, I have called it "Cry me a river", I hope you like it as much as I do. Art is a fantastic way to express how you feel about life.

Oh Linda, I'm so sorry to hear all that happened. Some days just suck!! As you know it's been shit after shit for us lot lately too.... it's got to get better soon for everyone. Otherwise there might be a lot of bottle shops running out of stock!!! and as Bec says the institutions might be full hahah I hope you sorted your stalker out and that your son realises that thin lines can be easily erased!! LOL Sending you a big hug and lots of understanding. Looking forward to having a good old bitch with you when you get here! xoxo *hugs*

Usually I don't choose blue for any artwork in my home but I absolutely love this piece! Blue is appropriate for it. You have named it perfectly. Ahh...the ebbs and tides of life. Sounds like you've got a good handle on it.

Take care,
Cheryl

Such beauty out of such chaos! Love this, love what you're doing with the flooding technique and your use of old and rusty just shows us all that what appears useless has life in it yet :-)

Your so-called friends could never have made such a stunning piece. Revel in your talents and know that the rest is just b-shit!

Your art is always lovely and inspiring. Out of pain, agony, and suffering can come some fantastic art. This is no exception. I've always read that art heals, and I hope this did for you. Sorry to hear about the stalker and friends who weren't. As for son? He's family and THAT you two have to live with. Thankfully, all I have is a cat!

Wishing you better days. Your art piece surfaced as a positive out of all that negative.

aww Linda I'm so sorry to hear about your horrid week! you know at the end of the day you always find out who your true friends are and they aren't necessarily those you think or those that are constantly in your face, but, those that sit in the background always there for you.
Hope that next week is much calmer and happier for you - the son! well, my son is currently seriously ill in hopsital - so I'd say forgive and love xx

Take care girlie xx

Wow, came here to see what a flooded canvas was. I like a flooded canvas... it is just amazing and ooey gooey goodness.

A stalker? OMG I've no idea what that would be like, good thing you have classes to learn to understand this behavior. erm, Do they cover stalkers? LOL

Sorry to hear you had a few rats on your ship, but glad to hear you flooded the decks and they scrambled away. Now you can be left with those that are real friends!

Kids need fine lines once in awhile else they wouldn't ever understand about life once they were in the real world. I am certain you will get him straightened out.

ooooooh this is an amazing piece of Art Linda...it's always good to create to get rid of the demons.

It sounds like you've been having a terrible time and my heart goes out to you... I can't imagine being stalked..it must be terrifying!!

I think we can all make bad choices when it comes to friends but that doesn't make it hurt less... I'm so sorry you've been let down.

By your commments it appears you have lots of good friends though so keep on fighting...it can only get better.

((((HUGS))))
