no I'm not getting personal...it's all about art, so stress less people! lol
I love short cuts when possible, especially when I get super busy with a million projects...have a looksee at this piece and see if you know how it's done...very very simple :)

Mmmmm ... I'm guessing the flower is made with PVA glue, let it dry, scratch the background and run one of those runners over it with spikes, you know the one's that you create dots for sewing ... mmmm a bit of paint, some rub 'n' buff maybe ... looks great even though I have no idea how it was done.
It's gorgeous! Is the flower done with a stencil and modeling paste?
I'm thinking the stem and leaves are string, PVAd over and painted but can't imagine how you made the flower and I love the overall leather appearance of this piece.
Perhaps you could do a You Tube tutorial for this one too??????
