I have decided that I need a huge drum of resin because I am going through it so quickly...but it is so much fun...I've tagged this style of my art "flooding".
The flower is created by pulling apart a little metal steamer.
The resin went a little murky because I was naughty and wouldn't wait for each layer to dry, so the gesso underneath it all seeped up.

Wow! This is amazing, I love the colours and the effect that you have created and with a household item too! Let me get at my cupboards! Seriously, it's awesome. I haven't commented on some of your other more recent posts, and just wanted to say that I love the 'Bollywood picture' with the flowers too, they are fabulous, Judith x

And oh my goodness, I love this!!
To date I don't think there is anything you've made and shared on your blog that I didn't love. You're style appeals to me on so many levels, earthy, eclectic with deep tones and always a unique spin on things. You're willingness to explore is contagious it makes me want to explore all the possibilities. Again I say, when will you put all this talent down in book form!
