Inspiration and a give away

I am inspired by every person I know, in one way or another and sometimes I get in to the groove of creating something to express my appreciation for the great, talented people in my circle of friends...this weekend I was inspired by two of my fave artists who always leave me wanting to learn more.

Jen Crossley and Sarah Fawcett. It is because of the adaptable style of Jen that I continue to experiment and she is the lady who inspired me to try my hand at chemical etching a good while back. Sarah is an amazing talent too and shows that there really are no rules when it comes to creation. They both follow their heart and do what they love.

...and now for the give away...I created an extra plate and have all the lovely bits and pieces to go in to making a second cuff...including a divine scrap of Jennifer Paganelli fabric. The plate is flat but is easy to bend and curve, it is unpunched but goes through the Crop-o-dile nicely...I am happy to punch and set the eyelets if you are a little concerned. You simply need to leave a comment here to lay claim to the cuff kit, one name will be drawn April 14, I am more than happy for you to repost this on your own blog or website and in doing so you will recieve a second chance to be drawn. If you do repost on your blog, don't forget to link back and to let me know you have shared.
Good luck!

Oh how I love the cloth and plate combination! Such a tip of the hat to my favorite childhood getups. Being 71 hasn't changed me a bit. I am going to look for some scraps and get myself up RIGHT NOW! I came across your post by way of Cheryl Dolby in Roanoke, VA.
